Currently, Blue Moon Therapy & Consulting LLC is considered out-of-network, but will be processing claims for the following insurance providers in 2026:

Even when you use your insurance, you may be required to pay a co-pay at the time of your session. No-show fees as well as a late cancellation fees of $75 will be charged if you cancel less than 24-hours in advance of your session. Emergency cancellations are considered on a case by case basis. We will request that you keep a credit or debit card on file for these charges. Health spending accounts may also be used.

If your insurance is not listed here, you may still receive services, but you will need to pay the hourly rate first ($190) and then submit your superbills for reimbursement.
